Hello everyone! Today I've come out for my second Animal of the Day!!

Todays animal of the day is..
The Euglossa Bazinga!!

-The Euglossa Bazinga is an arthropod (specifically a type of bee)

-They're named after one of our collective LEAST favorite Autistic characters, Sheldon Cooper; specifically his catchphrase. "Bazinga." (I hate you Sheldon Cooper)

-They were previously identified as Euglossa Ignita

-They are apart of the Apidae family

-They were discovered in 2012 by Brazilian biologists André Nemésio of the Universidade Federal de Uberlândia and Rafael Ferrari of the Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais

-These bees are a very very pretty green and blue color

-They belong to the Subgenus Glossura

-Euglossa Bazingas are a type of Euglossa bee (obviously), which is the more scientific term for an Orchid bee.

-They are the smallest Euglossa species, but they have the longest tongue in proportion to their body size.

-They are one of the 250 orchid bee species found in Brazil

Unfortunately, it's kind of hard for me to find much information on them, partly because most of the news on them is about their name.

Your own headspace area? If so, feel free to talk about it:
I have a bedroom though it's very simple. Mostly decorated with supplies for my pets.

Favorite thing about the system (anything related to headmates, the headspace itself, in-body experiences, etc.):
The headspace as a whole. It's nice. I especially like the outside, I go for walks through the little wooded area quite often.

LEAST favorite thing about the system:
The instances in which everyone's too loud all at once and we can't think.

Extra:
I have pets! Two jerboas (named Asmodeus and Behemoth) and an Aye-Aye (named Belial). I plan on getting more pets soon.
